Welcome to LiveHistory Adventure, a mobile application developed by Breez Technologies that provides city tours of Lisbon. By installing and using the LiveHistory Adventure app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to these T&C, please do not use the App.

2. Definitions
"App": The LiveHistory Adventure mobile application.
"User": Any individual who installs and uses the App.
"Services": The city tour services provided through the App, including the designated routes and audio stories.

3. Use of the App
Eligibility: The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration: Users must register an account using their email address, Apple ID, or Google ID to access the full features of the App.
User Responsibilities: Users agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activities that could harm the App or other users.

4. Services Provided
City Tours: The App offers city tours of Lisbon, providing users with designated walking routes and audio stories related to various places in the city.
Content: The content provided through the App includes text, audio, and images related to the city tour.
Updates and Changes: Breez Technologies reserves the right to update or change the content and services provided through the App at any time.

5. Fees and Payments
Pricing: Users can purchase city tours through the App. Pricing details are provided within the App.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made through the App using available methods, but no credit card numbers or other payment-related information is stored by Breez Technologies.
Refund Policy: Users who are not satisfied with their city tour experience can request a refund by contacting support@breez.tech. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the request.

6. User Content
Submission of Content: Users may submit content such as reviews and photos. By submitting content, users grant Breez Technologies a license to use this content within the App.
Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from submitting any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Breez Technologies retains all rights, title, and interest in the App and all associated intellectual property.
Restrictions: Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express permission from Breez Technologies.

8. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: Breez Technologies collects and stores data related to users' purchases but does not store credit card numbers or any other payment-related information.
User Rights: Users have the right to delete their account and all associated data through the Profile section of the App.
Third Parties: User data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Damages: Breez Technologies is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification
User's Responsibility: Users agree to indemnify and hold Breez Technologies harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the App.

11. Termination
Termination Rights: Breez Technologies reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the App at its discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to the user under these T&C will cease.

12. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these T&C or the use of the App will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These T&C constitute the entire agreement between Breez Technologies and the user regarding the use of the App.
Severability: If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Failure by Breez Technologies to enforce any provision of these T&C will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
