Perguntas frequentes dos hóspedes

Can I see what the tour is about before buying? Can I listen to some free samples?

Yes! After you download the app you will find a detailed description of each route, and you can also listen to free samples.

I activated the tour. When should I start?

There's no time limit. Once activated, you can do the route whenever you like — even at home. You can also pause any time and resume.

Can I do the route again?

Yes, you can do the route as many times as you want — including at home. You don't need to be physically in Lisbon.

What if the app stops working? What should I do if I don't like the app?

There is technical support. In the app, in the Help section, you'll find the phone number and WhatsApp: +351 925 712282. If you don't like it, the organizers will refund your money — no questions asked (via PayPal or bank transfer). Just send them a message via WhatsApp.

Do I need mobile internet during my walk?

Yes, but only a minimal amount of data. You'll need Google Maps in case you get lost during the route. After you have activated the tour it has automatically downloaded all the data (I suppose you were using the WiFi of the hotel). During your walk you'll barely need mobile data.

Maybe I won't have time to do the whole route. Can I listen to the rest of the story at home?

Yes, you can listen to the rest of the story at home. You can pause any time.

It looks like an escape room, but in the city, right?

How long does one tour take?

Each tour takes 2 hours. But you can pause at any time and have a coffee on the way, so your tour gets longer and more relaxed.

Is it good for kids?

Yes, children over the age of 8 really enjoy the tour.

What do I get for 20 EUR?

You get an activation code. This code can be used 6 times. It means you on your mobile phone and your friend on his (her) mobile phone can activate all 3 tours.

There are so many things to do in Lisbon. I can't decide now. Why should I decide now?

Yes, there's so much to do in Lisbon as a tourist. We often spend a lot of time and energy just choosing — we're already tired after reading 100 tour descriptions and reviews. And then we make bad choices because we are just tired and want something. We have a tried-and-tested option.
